1. Create a separate page for your menu (e.g. http://danja.hotglue.me/global-menu-example-menu)
2. Make the menu and position all elements close to top-left corner.
3. IMPORTANT: When creating links from the elements of the menu you need to add "_parent" target at the end of the link address. (e.g. http://danja.hotglue.me/global-menu-example1 _parent)
4. On the page(s) that needs the menu use "embed webpage" option of Hotglue (single click menu) and specify the address of your menu page (e.g. http://danja.hotglue.me/global-menu-example-menu)
5. Repeat for all pages that need a menu!

Once you change something in the menu-page the change will be reflected on all pages that include that menu.

p.s. To make menu elements change color add this code to the menu page ("add/edit custom code" option, section "<head>"):
